We are excited to present this year’s Autumn Senior Holiday Workshops — a unique training intensive for vocational ballet students, exploring contrasting choreographic styles of the 20th century inspired by Maurice Béjart and George Balanchine.

Led by:
Emma Sandall (Béjart Ballet Lausanne, The Royal Ballet, Scottish Ballet, West Australian Ballet)
Natasha Kusen (The Australian Ballet, The Royal Ballet)

This three-day program invites dancers to go beyond the steps and deepen their understanding of musicality, interpretation and performance. Through technique classes, pointe work, repertoire exploration and creative tasks, students will discover how different styles shape movement, phrasing and stage presence.

The focus will be on getting inside the movement — playing with rhythm, intention and dynamics — and developing the ability to bring individuality, artistry and imagination to classical technique.

The program supports dancers in refining both their technical and expressive skills during this important stage of their training.

DATES: April 13–15
TIME: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
ELIGIBILITY: Vocational ballet students (Intermediate Foundation and above)

Places are strictly limited.
