Chloe Young

We are delighted to announce that Chloe Young has joined the Tanya Pearson Academy Faculty.

Chloe Young graduated from Queensland National Ballet’s Advanced Diploma in Elite Performance in 2016, performing leading roles including Alice in WonderlandMulan and Spartacus, as well as appearing as a guest artist at the Alana Haines Awards and the Press Freedom Dinner. In 2017, Chloe completed Sydney Dance Company’s Pre-Professional Year before joining the Company as a Trainee in 2018.

Over the past eight years with Sydney Dance Company, Chloe has performed more than 90 shows annually, touring internationally and dancing in acclaimed works by leading choreographers. Career highlights include performing Ohad Naharin’s Decadance at the 2022 Sydney Festival, Gabrielle Nankivell’s Wildebeest, Anthony Hamilton’s Forever & Ever, Melanie Lane’s WOOF, Bonachela’s Cinco and the award-winning ab [intra]. She has also collaborated with emerging choreographers in the Company’s New Breed seasons, helping to develop new Australian works.

Chloe’s breadth of experience across classical and contemporary repertoire makes her a valuable addition to our Faculty, and we are excited to welcome her to TPA.
